# MAKCU Driver

## Driver Installation & COM Port Setup

#### 1. Download Driver

* Extract the contents to a folder.
* Right-click the `.inf` file and select **Install**.

#### 2. Configure COM Port (Second PC) <a href="#id-2.-configure-com-port-second-pc" id="id-2.-configure-com-port-second-pc"></a>

1. On your second PC, open **Device Manager**.
2. Expand the **Ports (COM & LPT)** section.

3. Right-click your COM device and select **Properties**.
4. Go to the **Port Settings** tab and click **Advanced**.

5. Set the COM port number to **any value lower than 10.**
6. Click **OK** to save changes.

## Restart MAKCU for Changes to Apply

* If the **MAKCU AIO Tool** is open, close it.
* Unplug and re-plug the **left-most cable** on the MAKCU to restart it.
