# EDID Spoofing

## &#x20;1. Obtain the EDID of the Main Monitor.

**1. Install MonitorAssetManager**&#x20;

* Download and install [**MonitorAssetManager**](https://www.entechtaiwan.com/files/mi_setup.exe) (`mi_setup.exe`) on Gaming PC.
* Connect your GPU irectly to your monitor with no other inputs or fusers connected to the main display/ graphics card.
* Run `MonInfo.exe`.

**2. Save the EDID File**

* In `MonInfo.exe`, select your **main monitor** (usually the first one listed).
* Go to **File > Save as...**
* Save the file as an **EDID `.bin` file** in a location you’ll remember.

Transfer this .bin to the Radar PC (2nd PC) via discord, usb etc

### **2.** Inject the EDID into the Fuser

**1. Connect the Synthesizer Device**

* Connect one end of a **Type-C cable** to the 5/6th Generational Fuser's **Type-C port**.
* Connect the other end to of your USB cord into the 2nd pc.
* Plug the Fuser into a **power source** and turn it on.

**2. Install the Driver**

* Download and Install the [CH34XX Driver](https://deception.gg/) on 2nd PC.

**3. Open the Injection Tool**

* Download and launch the [**EDID Injection Tool**](https://deception.gg/).
* *Note:* If your system lacks Chinese language support, some text may appear as `???` — this will not affect functionality.<br>

**4. Perform the Injection**<br>

* In the tool, select the **serial port number** (check in **Device Manager** if unsure).
* Choose the **injection location** that matches your monitor’s resolution.
* Select the **"Load Parameter File"** injection method.
* Open the previously saved **EDID `.bin` file**.
* Click **Inject Parameters** and wait for completion.
  * The screen may briefly go black during the process.
  * A success prompt will appear when finished.

**5. Finalize the Connection**

* Power off the Fuser.
* Disconnect the **Type-C cable**.
* Connect your Fuser to the Monitor

### **3. Setup The Monitor**

1. Setup the fuser to the monitor, the steps can be found in Fuser Setup.&#x20;
2. Set the **refresh rate** to the optimal value for your monitor.
